Returns
15-day return policy.
If a non-restricted product doesn't meet your needs, return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (less original shipping). The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
Request a return
Within 15 days of delivery, contact us by email or via support center. Have your order number ready.
Receive an RMA
We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and pickup or drop-off instructions.
Pack the item
Use original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranty cards. Attach the RMA label.
Inspection & refund
Once received, we inspect within 3 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Items that cannot be returned
- · Sterile consumables once seal is broken
- · Custom-configured or special-order equipment
- · Software licenses and digital products
- · Prescription-restricted devices already dispensed
- · Installed capital equipment (covered by warranty instead)
If your item is defective
Defective-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded at no cost — including return shipping. Report within 7 days of receipt. After that period, factory warranty terms apply.
